UN's Envoy to Iraq Presents new Suggestion to Iraqi Parliament

UN’s Envoy to Iraq, Staffan de Mistura, has presented a new suggestion to the Iraqi parliament to deal with the issue of Kirkuk, Official Spokesman of the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc inside the Iraqi Parliament, Firyad Rawanduzi, told PUKmedia correspondent on Thursday in Baghdad. “The new suggestion includes views of all related sides to the Kirkuk issue. The Kurdistan Alliance bloc has got a copy of the suggestion and will discuss it today to have its final stance on the suggestion,” Rawanduzi added. “If the Kurdistan Alliance bloc agrees to the suggestion with all the other parliamentary blocs, it will include the suggestion into its agenda to be included in the Iraqi parliament’s session agenda on next Saturday,” he concluded.
