Hashimi Arrives in Kirkuk

Iraqi vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi arrived in Kirkuk airport today accompanied by a number of members of Parliament. He was received by Kirkuk’s governor Abdul Rahman Mustafa, the head of Kirkuk’s Province Council Rizgar Ali, government and parties officials and representatives of Kirkuk’s people.
An official source in Kirkuk Governorate told PUKmedia correspondent “VP al-Hashimi is going to meet with the governor, Province Council members and representatives of Kirkuk’s people at the governorate headquarter to discuss security and service situation, and the issue of implementing Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution
