Ahmadinejad meets Coalition chiefs in Iraq

Monday, July 14, 2008 09:03 GMT
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that during his visit to Iraq in March, he met two military commanders from the Multinational Forces affirming that they took souvenir pictures to commemorate the encounter.
These reports were published in reformist newspapers and Jomhouri Eslami, saying the comments came in a speech he made over a month ago that was broadcasted by the state television late on Wednesday.
Ahmadinejad did not define which country the commanders were from, although his comments suggested that they were supposed to be American.
