Writer: the United States did not respond to the demands of Iraq on the security agreement
BAGHDAD (Iba) .. lawmaker Ali al-Adeeb, the United Iraqi Alliance bloc that the U.S. administration did not give any answer on Iraq demands made on the security agreement to be signed between Iraq and the United States despite the end of the deadline.
The writer told the independent press (Iba) today, Saturday, the U.S. side asked the Iraqi delegation negotiating deadline to examine the demands made by Iraq, but the deadline has not been completed to answer the requests of Iraq despite the return of the U.S. negotiating team to Baghdad, adding that the Iraqi side "The answer is still waiting for the final."
The Iraq has made several demands to the U.S. side on issues described as the most important topic of sovereign immunity of U.S. forces in Iraq and the withdrawal of these forces rescheduling of the end of the year 2011.
Facing security agreement to be signed between Iraq and the United States a lot of obstacles and rejection of both the popular or political, through more lawmakers for not agreeing to this Convention, which said that some elements affect the sovereignty of Iraq, in which some (need) to drive Iraq out of the seventh item Of the Charter of the United Nations, considered Iran a threat to national security and increase tensions in the region.
