افتتح محافظ البصرة شارع التنانیر الواقع بدور نواب الضباط الذی یربط الشارع العسکری بمنطقة 5 میل لحل مشکلة الاختناقات والازدحامات المروریة التی تشهدها مدینة البصرة.
