If this is the article we were discussing before the site went down then yes I've seen it. If its an official announcement from the central bank or Shabibi then no I haven't. A link would be good please!

This was now on two good sites and quoting Dr Mohammed Saleh the CBI's advisor for planning. I have to say I haven't yet seen one rebuttal on any site from the CBI for any of these articles Jabr quoting Shabibi on Iraqi TV etc etc. I think an official announcement is close.
