Most probably nothing and maybe totally unrelated but the Central Bank of Vietnam site's English page comes up with "web page not found". The home page is up but only in Vietnamese - can't speak Vietnamese so don't know what it says. Hey, I can grasp at straws too. LOL

Never mind - just had the front page translated - BUT STILL OF INTEREST is that the Vietnamese Governor had a meeting with the manager of the World Bank in charge of South East Asia group a few days ago. Interesting if there's any truth in the theory that Vietnam (being one of the currencies not yet updated on IMF site) are waiting for Iraq to RV together.
